10 Tips to Boost Your Mental Health!



1) Engage yourself in the multifarious activities
Learning new things and information throughout your life and engaging oneself in healthy activities keep your brain strong. Complex activities may vary from person to person. Try what you feel will be a little challenging and seems hard to you. You will enjoy and will love to see that
you can utilize your brain in multifarious activities. Complex activities are different for everyone. Be innovative, challenge your brain and just do it. Gradually you will get to know that you’re learning capacity will increase, your brain will be sharper and will love to accept challenges.  
2) Mental stimulus Exercise
This exercise will let u know that which things are complex and which ones seems easy to your mind. Take a sheet and divide it and start writing 5 those activities which you like and five those which you feel difficult ones. Then you will get to know about those which seem difficult to your mind and these activities will surely benefit your new connections in the brain.



3) Exercise Regularly
Doing exercise daily keeps you healthy and fitter. It has a positive impact on enhancing your abilities. Regular exercise keeps the diseases away from you. It also boosts your energy level, sense of thinking, sleep etc.

4) Be Social and enjoy life

Friends are the source of sharing, learning, understanding and trust. Friendship plays a key role in providing evident motivation in your life. Engaging yourself in new competitions will help you to see life as different aspect too. Appreciation given by friends plays a vital role in our lives.

5) Be Health Conscious
It is important for all of us to be health conscious and to understand that we are responsible beings for supervision of our health. Physicians may guide us but ultimately we have to direct our health towards a healthy side.


6) Do not withdraw
There should be an aim in your mind and purpose for which you have to strive and when you reach your goal then keep in your mind the purpose of being there at a place and fulfill your responsibility. Positive attitude towards life help you to be efficient and prevent you from illness. We should develop multi kinds of interests so that we can’t stick to one of the interest and bore ourselves. Inter relate your interests and enjoy working.


7) Fix some money for you
Make a plan for your financial security as it decreases the tension in your mind. Keep at least 5-6 % of your monthly income on a side for your own expenses and later you will be contented by your idea for keeping some money aside for yourself.


8) Get rid of Smoking, Drinking and other Drugs
Drugs and cigarettes can be a poison for us and may take us in mere land of laziness where many terrible things prevail. They change our emotions, feelings, make us lazy and reduce our memory and memory powers. It leaves us with a putrid-smelling breath and most of people detest it.

9) Adopt a Nutrient-Rich Diet

Don’t eat too much but take appropriate amount of calories in your diet. We should understand the purpose of eating is to live but don’t live for eating. Take brain stimulating healthy foods which include omega-3 fatty acids and foods with abundant amount of Vitamin-E and Vitamin-C.
10) Maintain Strong Connections
We should be good enough to interact with people and to create a social circle. Isolation leads to destruction of health and at times person falls victim of depression. Our relation with various people keeps us intact with the society and is helpful for health stimulating behaviors like learning, sharing, emotional expressions and reduction of the stress.
